LeaseCommand Reviews & Product Details

COMPANY DESCRIPTION LeaseCommand was built for finance teams, real estate leaders, and operations professionals who manage lease and contract portfolios across multiple locations — and who have spent too much time hunting for critical dates in PDF attachments, manually calculating rent escalations, and building ASC 842 disclosures in spreadsheets that were not designed for the job. We built LeaseCommand to handle the full lease and contract lifecycle in one platform. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LeaseCommand is an all-in-one lease and contract management platform for the AI era. We handle lease portfolio management, ASC 842 and IFRS 16 accounting compliance, AI-powered document extraction, e-signatures, critical date tracking, multi-stage approval workflows, and integrations with Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, and QuickBooks Online — all in a single, enterprise-grade platform with multi-tenant architecture and SSO/SAML support. WHAT WE DO LeaseCommand eliminates the spreadsheet-based lease tracking, manual accounting entries, and disconnected document storage that create audit risk and compliance exposure for organizations managing lease portfolios under ASC 842 or IFRS 16. Our AI extracts over 100 fields from lease documents automatically. Our built-in accounting engine calculates right-of-use assets, generates amortization schedules, and creates audit-ready financial disclosures with one click. And our critical date tracking system sends automated notifications for renewal windows, rent escalations, and termination deadlines — so nothing slips through the cracks as your portfolio grows. KEY FEATURES Lease Management — Full Lifecycle Create, track, and manage leases from execution through expiration — covering critical dates, option windows, renewal notice deadlines, rent escalation calculations (CPI, fixed percentage, percentage of sales), CAM charges, and lease modifications with ASC 842-compliant remeasurement. Lease terminations include settlement calculations. Custom fields and tabs allow each lease record to capture the data points unique to your portfolio. ASC 842 and IFRS 16 Compliance LeaseCommand's built-in accounting engine automatically calculates and tracks Right-of-Use assets and lease liabilities, generates accurate amortization schedules, and creates audit-ready financial disclosures — including balance sheet snapshots, income statement impacts, and footnote disclosures — with one click. Integrations with Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, and QuickBooks Online push journal entries directly to your general ledger without manual reentry. AI-Powered Document Extraction Upload any lease or contract document and LeaseCommand's AI automatically extracts over 100 data fields — parties, premises, commencement and expiration dates, rent amounts, escalation clauses, renewal options, termination rights, insurance requirements, and more — to populate the lease record without manual abstraction. This dramatically reduces the time required to onboard an existing lease portfolio. Contract Management Full contract repository with version control, document tracking, custom approval workflows with multi-stage review processes, counterparty management, contract templates with merge fields, and compliance tracking. The contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution, modification, and termination is managed in the same platform as your lease portfolio. E-Signatures and Approval Workflows LeaseCommand includes ESIGN and UETA-compliant e-signatures with multi-party signing, signing order enforcement, and automatic completion notifications. Custom approval workflows with multi-stage review processes route new leases, amendments, and renewals through the right stakeholders before execution. Critical Date Tracking and Notifications Configurable automated notifications for every critical date in your portfolio — renewal option windows, rent escalation trigger dates, termination notice deadlines, insurance renewal requirements, and custom milestones. Never miss a deadline because it was buried in a PDF attachment. Tenant Payment Portal Landlords and property managers can collect rent and other payments directly through the LeaseCommand tenant payment portal — reducing manual invoicing and improving payment tracking. Reporting and Analytics Portfolio-level rollups and analytics, expense projections, occupancy cost forecasting, and custom report building. Location-based filtering and search across the full portfolio. Data export for finance, audit, and board-level review. INDUSTRIES SERVED Hospitality and Gaming | Retail Chains and Restaurants | Healthcare | Corporate Real Estate | Financial Services | Manufacturing | Education | Government | Professional Services WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT LeaseCommand is one of the only platforms that combines full ASC 842 and IFRS 16 accounting compliance, AI document extraction for over 100 fields, and multi-ERP integration (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, QuickBooks) in a single platform. Most lease accounting tools handle the accounting but require separate systems for contract management and document signing. Most contract management tools lack the lease accounting engine. LeaseCommand handles both, with enterprise-grade security including SSO/SAML and role-based access control.
