What do users say about LearnWorlds?

We love how it has improved communications with our students. Daily tracking of student activity is vital to our programs and the reporting options help us see where all students are in the push of a button. Student daily performance has improved. Course building and scorm intergraitions are seemless. Support and pricing for such a diverse platform has given us the ability to take our course to a higher performance level. The website creation has a bit of a learning curve. It is challenge at times to know what is the right widget to apply in certain areas. Although the templates are useful, they are sometimes constricting when you want to add a little design freedom.

Suggested improvements:

Show a notification when another person is already grading an assignment in the review center.

A report that shows assignment submission for individual users within a certain date range.

I find LearnWorlds easy to use, and the user experience is great. Setup is quick and, once we got into the process, quite easy. I can solve most of my customers’ problems and challenges with LearnWorlds, and it’s easy to add new code we develop outside the platform. I think learning pathways could be a little easier to use, and the way pathways and programs are presented could have more options. There are limited ways to present them, and I have to scroll if I want to see all my pathways, which doesn’t help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is excellent, both on the main website and inside the virtual classroom. The integrations are incredibly comprehensive—so much so that after more than two years on the platform, I still haven't explored them all. Performance is top-notch; there are never any server issues, students can always log in without a hitch, and the B2B management features work flawlessly. The pricing structure is very fair and transparent, with a fixed monthly price that scales logically as your business goals grow. However, the absolute best thing they have is their technical support, which is simply wonderful. The only thing I could mention as an area for improvement is that I have occasionally experienced minor issues with the native app synchronization. However, I want to clarify that their support team helped me tremendously and fixed everything very quickly every time. I find LearnWorlds easy and intuitive to use, and the team responds quickly when I have issues. It makes delivering courses to students across Canada easy and hassle-free. I can easily import lessons from PDFs and other files, create activities and self-graded exams, and use automated AI grading for written assignments. Creating and importing content is simple, and I don’t need many days of learning before knowing how to use the platform. I really appreciate the customer service at LearnWorlds; it's been incredible and every time I've reached out, they've been expedient and gone above and beyond, even when they didn't have something yet but were working on it. It's been impressive to see them continue innovating and growing over the years, keeping on building and improving. The features are great and the growth is exciting to watch. It's a very cost-effective method for what I need. The integration of features like the website builder and a mobile app is powerful, and while I haven't delved too deeply into the mobile app yet, I'm thankful for the seamless course integrations. There are a few things that could use some improvement. The AI functionality is one area that hasn't quite hit the mark for me yet. It seems like the AI is still learning, and when I use it to build something, I often find myself going back to recreate it on my own. I think it could be better at understanding and generating prompts, but I know this is a developing feature. Also, regarding the mobile app, I want my customers to be able to view their progress and certificates more easily. I'm not sure if this feature is available yet, as I haven't checked the app in a while, but it would be a valuable addition. I love how LearnWorlds makes it easy to write and implement my training materials. The platform's support team is fantastic, providing clear answers quickly, which has been really useful. I think the application could be improved a lot. I would love for it to allow sending messages directly within the app. Also, while the current interface is easy, it could be modernized. It doesn't feel as fresh as other apps I use. There are issues with Meta Pixel, and I would definitely work on improving the meta connection, so events are automatically sent there without additional automation for each. the user friendliness is really good, once you got the hang of how everything works and where everything is located on the site editor or dashoard development get really easy. While the user friendliness is great within learnworlds, it is at the same time one of the points where i can see some major issue arise. As far as i know learnworlds is meant to be a development tool for people who do not know much about the back-end/setup of a website with code for example. That being the case, a lot of functionality traditional developers might want, is left out, or implemented in a weird way. One of the biggest features i personally miss a lot is a way to have version control on our school, having a dedicated development, feature and production version of the site which can be managed by merging and pushing commits. Our company got recommended a specific "sandbox" school for this matter, but it lacks the synchronization and ease of use to push features that a traditional branch like structure has in a project. It is of course great to have a dedicated sandbox environment where we can test new features and meddle with the courses as we please but it is far from being a way to implement new features correctly.
