What do you like best about Learn:Go?

I like Learning Pool - Platform for its good off-the-shelf content that's easy to adapt. The style and format are easy to use, and the best part is I can make edits in-house. I also appreciate that the customer team is very friendly. Moreover, I preferred Learning Pool over the previous product because it has a more modern look and feel. The initial setup was pretty easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learn:Go?

They've recently announced plans to move to a new platform for hosting the courses, so we're a bit apprehensive about how this will work as it sounds like we'll need to rebuild our courses. We use Adapt and receive licenses as part of our contract with Learning Pool. It is through Adapt that we are able to edit our courses, but this is also the platform Learning Pool will be moving away from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Learn:Go?

I appreciate that Learning Pool Platform has removed the responsibility of technical maintenance from us, allowing us to focus elsewhere. I trust it to be a robust platform and it ensures we don't need to worry about security aspects. I also find the dashlets feature particularly useful for surfacing achievements and keeping learners motivated. The platform's capability to host our learning content is straightforward and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Learn:Go?

I find the initial setup process of Learning Pool Platform a bit complicated due to the need for customization. Additionally, the LMS doesn't meet all my reporting needs, necessitating the use of additional software like LearningLocker to fill in the gaps. I'm not entirely confident in recommending the LMS itself, as it seems less appealing compared to the LXP. Furthermore, I would like to see improvements in the social learning tools offered by the LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
