Additionally, their new AI feature has truly been a game-changer, saving us a significant amount of time. I appreciate having such a reliable tool. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Leapfin?** Because of our custom integration and the large number of PSPs involved, configuring JE rules for so many different scenarios proved to be extremely challenging. Our situation was probably among the most complex their team had encountered. I truly appreciate their patience and dedicated support throughout the implementation process, as well as the continued assistance they provide. **What problems is Leapfin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accounting for millions of record preciously. Customers cannot implement, optimize, or update configuration themselves. **What problems is Leapfin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leapfin eliminated 4 days worth of manual work during the month-end close for us. Leapfin generates automatic transaction-level journal entries daily so we can get summary-level, or any level of detail we need, revenue data we can trust every day. For our accounting team, Leapfin eliminates manual spreadsheet acrobatics and SQL queries at month end, so we can post revenue to the GL on day one of month-end close. The immutability of the journal entries it produces ensures we’re in good shape for financial audits. For our finance team, Leapfin provides disaggregated transaction level data they can summarize on any dimension they need to analyze. ### 6. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Leapfin?** They made big promises in the sales process on how their platform produced auditable out-of-the-box reporting for SaaS accounting standards and how they worked with common stacks. **What do you dislike about Leapfin?** The implementation process demonstrated that their platform required a lot of configuration, and they were not equipped to handle anything outside the basic stripe. Additionally, they spend hours "scoping" solutions in the sales process, but none is usable in the actual implementation. Expect months of investment from engineering and finance teams. They have little to no out-of-the-box reporting, and everything is custom. Truly unsuited for most start-ups and scale-ups. **What problems is Leapfin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Out-of-the-box auditable finance reporting and revenue recognition that meets account and reporting standards can hold up in an auditing process.
