Document leak detection tool (to create a preventive effect to combat insider leaks) **What do you dislike about LeaksID?** There is no built-in advanced onboarding, it is not entirely clear how to conduct investigations and how documents are marked. **What problems is LeaksID solving and how is that benefiting you?** We decided to use LeaksID to reduce the risk of insider leaks. We have sensitive documents in our company, and we were afraid to just send them by mail or through insecure systems. LeaksID just offers to additionally mark documents with invisible marks for protection (this is how we additionally create a preventive effect, since our partners and employees know that the system is installed and in case of any leak we will be able to determine who did it). ### 6. Having the ability to set restrictions on actions during the exchange (for example, a ban on downloading) is a very useful feature. In addition, it is possible to download an archive with the desired number of copies by simply entering the names for the files, and the system itself will apply these names to the copies and download the archive for you. It is important that all downloaded copies are personalized for each name, invisible markings are added to them to protect against leakage. **What do you dislike about LeaksID?** I could not find what integrations LeaksID has with other systems. But if you wait for a little, everything is ok. For now I can't upload psd files there, for example. But the developers have promised that they will add this feature (all formats available to upload) soon. **What problems is LeaksID solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a marketing/design agency we have many activities connecting with sharing confidential documents (sketches, agreements etc.) with clients and inside our team. And many of them are placed in our Google Drive account. LeaksID has a convenient native integration, when from a Google Drive I can open a document with LeaksID thus marking and protecting it.
