The project management process is easy and efficient, and they are priced quite well for the quality of work. For the most part, I end up making edits on about 10% of each piece that they deliver, and then I post it, which really isn't bad. I don't usually have to take more than 1-2 hours revising something they give me. I can sometimes tell that the writer is not an industry expert in our field (SaaS digital marketing), but they are good at taking feedback and making changes when needed.
