LeaderCues Reviews & Product Details

LeaderCues is a private workspace for engineering managers and team leads. Write a quick note after each 1-1 and it remembers what was discussed, what you promised, and what to bring up next time. Before every meeting you get a short prep with open topics and follow-ups. Your reports never see it, and it never rates people. It also spots patterns worth attention, like an overload building up or a career conversation gone quiet, and can remind you by email before scheduled 1-1s. Notes are immutable and stay yours: no HR workflows, no performance scores, no team analytics for anyone above you. Built for managers with 3 to 15 reports who keep losing context between meetings. Free plan available. Plus plan is $12 per month with a larger AI allowance.
