  ### 1. Leader 360: Clarity, Context, and a Path Forward

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

As an associate coach using the Leader 360 Assessment with executive and leadership clients, I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates into the coaching process. It’s easy to administer, and the platform provides a ready-to-use invitation script that clients personalize. Each reviewer receives an individual link, ensuring privacy and ease of participation.

The resulting report is rich with information: graphical representations, individual scores, and group feedback scores presented side by side. This dual view helps clients see where their self-perception aligns or misaligns with how others experience them. Combined with the written comments, the tool allows clients to prioritize which feedback is most meaningful right now, and to set focused development goals

**What do you dislike about Leader360™?**

A 360 is meant to shine a light on what we cannot see, and that is uncomfortable for most clients. 

Where the tool truly reaches its potential is in a coach-led debrief.

While I personally love that clients can review the document before a coach-led debrief, clients can become fixated on a single comment, or score resulting in some increased frustration. As a coach I do talk to my clients about this phenomenon prior to the 360 process so they are aware of the natural human response to the feedback, that is it ok and natural to feel certain ways, and that we will work through them.

A skilled coach helps the client slow down, put feedback into context, and mine the “golden nuggets” that might otherwise be overlooked. This process transforms raw data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable growth for both the leader and their team.

**What problems is Leader360™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As individuals advance in their careers, feedback from peers and direct reports may be more informal, vague, or polite / politically filtered leaving our leader with blind spots that may be negatively affecting the culture.

As humans, we tend to see ourselves through our intentions - and not always aware of how others are experiencing our actions and communication.

The 360 is a tool that provides clear data on a leaders behavior, communication, and influence so blind spots become visible, leaders receive a fuller and more accurate picture of their leadership impact and influence, and they have specific feedback to develop actionable changes.  all of this leads to a baseline from which leaders can track their growth over time

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

This is a powerful, robust assessment tool that clarifies gaps, strengths, and opportunities in a revealing and effective way. The process invites honest, informative feedback that leads to useful data points for meaningful growth and tangible, positive impact on the business. Teams and leaders of all levels should take advantage of this assessment tool to get a leading edge on impact and exponential ROI on both internal and external results for the business.

**What do you dislike about Leader360™?**

For best results, Leader360 requires feedback from users above, lateral to, and directly reporting to the leader. Simply said, leaders need to be willing to request and receive true feedback across the board.

**What problems is Leader360™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leader360 gives me insider information and insights on both the individual, team, and cultural factors that may be at play for a leader. This revealing, specific, and nuanced data is essential in mapping out a growth and development roadmap for the leader in a very clear and compelling way. It's a tool that is useful internally for an organization to identify challenges at a team and/or organizational level while also identifying specific opportunities for greater impact for an individual. As a consultant, the tool essentially pays for itself because it provides internal knowledge in a way that can be presented back to an organization, allowing all stakeholders to see the value of what's needed and required to amplify ROI for the business.

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

I appreciated the structured yet thoughtful approach Leader360™ takes to gathering meaningful feedback. The process creates space for honest reflection—both for the person being evaluated and for those offering feedback. I also found the balance of quantitative scoring and open-ended comments especially valuable, as it surfaces not just patterns but also nuances that might otherwise be missed. It’s clear that the tool is designed to support real growth, not just check a box.

**What do you dislike about Leader360™?**

While the process was smooth and well-intentioned, I found some of the category labels and competencies a bit light in terms of relevance and practical utility. At times, it felt like the language was too generic to fully capture the complexity of real-world leadership behaviours. A deeper alignment with actual leadership challenges—especially in dynamic or high-accountability environments—would make the feedback even more actionable.

Leader360™ helps surface blind spots and clarify how a leader is actually showing up across different relationships—not just how they think they’re showing up. By collecting input from multiple perspectives, it creates a more complete and honest picture of leadership impact. That kind of clarity is invaluable, both for personal growth and for aligning leadership behaviours with organizational needs.

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

I use Leader360 with my new executive clients so that I can get a sense of their blindspots when it comes to leadership. I then use that as the foundation for the executive coaching engagement. I have found it to be an incredibly thorough and versatile tool and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 360 assessment that is actually useful.

**What do you dislike about Leader360™?**

It might be helpful to have a more clear picture of over-used strengths, but overall it is a great assessment tool.

**What problems is Leader360™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leader360 is my go-to when it comes to assessments for new executive coaching clients. It is at the level of detail that I need to have a positive executive coaching engagement and affect the change that the client would like to make.

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

I gained insight into what was working really well and where my team members valued me. 
There are things I am doing that I didn’t know were as impactful as they were. 

I also gained insight into points of friction that I have been able to address.

**What do you dislike about Leader360™?**

It definitely felt uncomfortable to be open to feedback with no real certainty around who the feedback was from. However, I also understand that people may not have been as open to providing the feedback if they were not anonymous.

It is helping with leadership growth. I want to know my blind spots so that I can be more valuable. 
It has also improved the relationships I have with coworkers.

Very easy to use, it's a simple on-board for clients. They have easy frictionless access to the software and the presentation of the data gathered mirrors back to them a more complete picture than they imagined.

Excited to see the interface continue to evolve visually.

Objective data. All context spills from the objective data. What do we want to see change and what do we want to stay the same. We can revist the same data down the line to see if efforts are moving in the intended direction.

**What do you like best about Leader360™?**

As a coach that uses Leader360 with my clients, I appreciate that the questions link behaviours, qualities, and blindspots all the way through to impact. Having my clients come prepared to coaching with an awareness of their impact (both desired and unintended) allows us to deepen their learning and move forward with intention. Having this information sets the foundation for productive coaching.
