Lead Hero Reviews & Product Details

Lead Hero is a B2B power dialer and outbound calling platform built for sales teams, SDRs, and lead generation agencies looking to connect with more prospects and book more meetings. Unlike traditional dialers, Lead Hero combines power dialing, mobile number enrichment, AI pickup intent scoring, spam protection, and automated follow-up in one platform. For warm calling, Lead Hero integrates with leading outreach sequencers, including Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe, HeyReach, and more. When a prospect replies with interest, Lead Hero automatically finds their mobile number using 100+ trusted data vendors, imports the conversation context, and queues them for a call so reps can follow up while the prospect is still engaged. For cold calling, Lead Hero helps reps prioritize prospects most likely to answer using pickup intent scoring, dedicated local phone numbers, and automatic number rotation to improve connection rates. To keep caller IDs clean, Lead Hero continuously monitors phone number health using real AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon devices instead of relying on APIs. Numbers are tested on real carrier devices with screenshot evidence to detect spam labels. The moment a number gets flagged, Lead Hero automatically retires it and replaces it with a clean number that matches the prospect's local area code before the next call. Additional features include voicemail drop, iMessage follow-up, scheduled callbacks, call recordings, detailed analytics, and API integrations. Lead Hero is built by outbound teams, for outbound teams that want to spend less time on manual tasks, reach more decision-makers, and turn more conversations into booked appointments.
