For cold calling, Lead Hero helps reps prioritize prospects most likely to answer using pickup intent scoring, dedicated local phone numbers, and automatic number rotation to improve connection rates. To keep caller IDs clean, Lead Hero continuously monitors phone number health using real AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon devices instead of relying on APIs. Numbers are tested on real carrier devices with screenshot evidence to detect spam labels. The moment a number gets flagged, Lead Hero automatically retires it and replaces it with a clean number that matches the prospect's local area code before the next call.
