Lead Close Pro Reviews & Product Details

Lead Close Pro is a collection of software tools that help clients automatically respond to direct messages, emails, or texts across the top lead generation platforms like Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, and Google LSA. Users can configure both open hours and after hours custom messages that immediately reply to leads. These messages are supported by AI chat for ongoing customer conversations with the goal of collecting name, phone #, and email so book an appointment or provide a service quote. Including automated lead follow up at specific time intervals to ensure you're getting the most opportunity from each lead. Our clients range from individually owned and operated to large multi-location national franchises who use the autoresponder and lead follow up software to ensure they are maintaining high response rates, capturing phone numbers, and booking appointments that convert to completed jobs. VIIRL's Lead Close Pro software exchanges over 10,000 messages daily with leads and prospects across Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, and SMS. The results? - Immediate responses increase likelihood for leads to convert to booked jobs - Reduce labor costs of having a full-time employee monitoring Yelp, Thumbtack, and Angi message inboxes - No more trying to keep up with responding to messages while out on a job - Get the most out of every lead you paid for from the platform with an immediate response - 100% response rate for platform metrics that impact search ranking and ad placement - 1 minute response time for platform metrics that impact search ranking and ad placement - Business owners get a phone number from a lead less than 10% of the time, but with autoresponse and lead follow-up software, this increases to over 25% of the time - Using our AI chat functionality, the phone number collection rate increases to over 35% of the time
