Le Scribe Audio Reviews & Product Details

Two-Pass Multimodal AI Audio & Video Transcription to Editable Word (.docx) — Stored in France (OVHcloud) Le Scribe Audio (https://lescribeaudio.com/en) is a French SaaS platform (Web, Android & iOS) built for professionals, academic researchers, works councils (CSE/CSSCT), public institutions, and legal or healthcare practitioners who need accurate transcripts of long recordings without intrusive meeting bots or mandatory subscriptions. Powered by a proprietary two-pass multimodal AI architecture on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Europe region, strict Zero Data Retention), Le Scribe Audio processes single recordings up to 10 hours and 10 GB—including professional Olympus, Philips, and Sony dictaphone formats (.ds2, .dss) as well as .mp3, .m4a, .wav, .mp4, .mov, and .mkv. KEY CAPABILITIES: • Long-Form Two-Pass AI Transcription: Processes continuous recordings up to 10 hours and 10 GB without cutting off or mixing speakers. • Dual Full-Text Modes: Switch between strict Verbatim mode and Cleaned Full-Text mode (100% complete transcript without summarizing, with oral hesitations smoothed out). • Synced Audio/Video Player & Speaker Diarization: Click any word to replay the exact second of audio, and globally rename or code speaker labels (e.g., Ms. Dubois, Interviewee P1) before exporting—cutting human editing and formatting time in half (2 to 3 hours of full review per audio hour instead of 4 to 7 hours of manual typing from scratch). • On-Demand 1-Click AI Summary: Generates an executive summary followed by a structured chrono-thematic breakdown. • Professional Multi-Format Exports: Export standard 100% editable Microsoft Word (.docx) documents, PDF, plain text (.txt), and synchronized subtitles (.srt, .vtt). • Optional Certified Human Proofreading (€60 excl. VAT/hour): Full audio review and correction by two successive professional transcribers. • GDPR & Data Security: Storage of audio files and databases in France on OVHcloud (AES-256 encryption), AI inference via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Europe region) with zero data retention or model training on user files, and immediate 1-click permanent deletion. • Flexible Pricing With or Without Subscription: 60 minutes free upon sign-up (no credit card required), lifetime prepaid hour packs starting at €7.50 excl. VAT (never expire), or Pro & Team plan at €30 excl. VAT/month for 20 hours included (up to 5 seats), plus instant public-sector quotes & Chorus Pro invoicing.
