Speed, agility and the fact that they understand our business.

Coordination can sometimes be a bit challenging, but this is a very minor challenge that is effectively managed through communication and collaboration.

**What problems is LatamCent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LatamCent is helping us grow our team with identifying the right candidates for the roles that we are hiring for. As a company that is growing rapidly and is looking for very specialized talent in the sales ecosystem, we are constantly facing the challenge where we need the right people in the right seats at all times. The turnaround time from a request to being presented with qualified  candidates is amazing.
