## About Lanzo
Lanzo is management software for the beauty industry in Spain: hair salons, barbershops, beauty clinics and nail bars, from a professional working alone to a team of ten. One product replaces the appointment book, the booking page, the till and the client card index. What makes it different is the WhatsApp assistant. Clients write as they would to a person; it checks the real gaps in the diary, books the appointment, confirms it and sends the reminders, with no app to install and nothing for the salon to type. The point of sale issues every receipt with its Verifactu QR code at the moment of payment and files the record with the Spanish tax agency, which is what Spanish law will require from salons from 2027. Lanzo is not a marketplace. It takes no commission per booking or per new client, the salon keeps its own client list and can export it whenever it wants, and the price is flat at 19.99 € per month plus VAT no matter how many people work there. The Lanzo team installs the software and migrates each salon's data: in person around northwest Madrid, by video call across the rest of Spain.
