Landmark Global Reviews & Product Details

Landmark Global is a cross-border logistics partner built for ecommerce brands expanding internationally. Founded in 2004 and now part of bpost group, we deliver to 220+ destinations while handling what most providers avoid: customs clearance, duties and taxes, and returns, all in one solution. We're the go-to partner for mid-market ecommerce brands shipping 200-5,000 international orders daily from the US, Canada, Europe, or Asia. If you're a VP of Operations evaluating who should handle your Canada, Europe, and Australia expansion, or a Shopify brand looking for a Passport alternative that actually delivers on DDP shipping and easy returns, we're built for that. Why brands choose Landmark Global over alternatives like Global-e or Flexport: We operate as an international 3PL with in-house customs brokerage, not a marketplace platform or freight forwarder retrofitted for ecommerce. Our carrier-neutral model gives you access to 75+ delivery partners without locking you into a single network. We control critical chokepoints (border crossings, customs clearance, final-mile handoffs) that others outsource, which means fewer delays and greater visibility. For cross-border shipping into Canada, we're the market leader and the #1 customer of the Canadian Border Services Agency. Our Toronto-based delivery network, Apple Express, provides final-mile control most providers can't match. For US inbound shipments, we operate multiple gateway facilities in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles with zone-skipping capabilities. For Europe, our Paris and Lyon hubs connect to a dense regional network serving Belgium, Spain, Germany, France, and beyond. All-in-one logistics: shipping, customs, and returns Most providers make you piece together separate vendors for international shipping, customs brokerage, and returns management. We handle all three. Our in-house trade services team manages duties and taxes prepaid (DDP) shipping, so your customers see final landed costs at checkout with no surprise fees at delivery. Our branded returns portal gives customers local drop-off points globally. We consolidate returns locally to reduce costs, then inspect, restock, or recycle based on your rules. Mercury platform: built by logistics operators Our proprietary platform, Mercury, integrates tracking, reporting, and accounting into one dashboard. You get end-to-end visibility from pickup to customs to doorstep. It connects to Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and custom systems through API-first integrations designed by people who run cross-border operations daily. What makes us different from typical 3PLs: We don't just move boxes. Our client support teams learn your business, products, and volumes so they solve issues before they escalate. Onboarding is led by specialists in logistics, technology, and customer service who align your systems and workflows from day one. You work with the same logistics experts throughout the relationship, not a rotating support queue. Who we're built for: Growing DTC brands shipping internationally from the US to Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shopify merchants expanding cross-border who need DDP delivery without marketplace markups. Operations teams managing separate vendors for shipping, customs, and returns. Ecommerce brands shipping 200-5,000 international orders daily. If you're evaluating cross-border logistics providers and need predictable service levels, transparent pricing, and customs expertise, Landmark Global delivers.
