Landlord Wise Reviews & Product Details

Landlord Wise is an AI-powered property management platform built for self-managing Australian landlords. It automates the most time-consuming parts of managing rental properties — generating legally compliant lease agreements, property condition reports, and legal notices specific to each state's tenancy legislation. The platform features an AI property condition report tool that analyses photos and automatically generates professional descriptions, reducing report completion time from hours to minutes. Wise AI, the built-in tenancy law assistant, answers property-specific questions using your actual lease terms, rent amounts, and tenant details — grounded in state legislation rather than generic advice. Landlord Wise also includes automated rent collection via Australia's New Payments Platform, real-time arrears tracking, lease management with automatic rent schedules, a tenant portal for document sharing and communication, legal notice generation with built-in compliance validation, and property tax tools including depreciation schedules and rental income reporting. The platform provides tenancy law guides, automated document generation, and resources covering all Australian states and territories including Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and the ACT.
