I am fascinated with the feature of the maps that ones can add icons, labels and even tends to provide 360-degree view easily. As a result I add some “spice” to my presentations how combined with data, it helps me tell more and more compelling story. **What do you dislike about Land id (formerly MapRight)?** Such limited functions are one of the drawbacks of the MapRight mobile app as contrasted with the application for desktop. Some functions - for instance, adjusting complicated data parametric features or constructing customized reports - are not available on mobile platforms. It is fantastic if the platform underwent a makeover resulting in maps that It lacked. Having detailed information like zoning would increase its usefulness. Accessing information such as parcel size, APNs (Assessor Parcel Numbers), and owner details are crucial for decision making. Seems problematic within this platform. You can put a map in only one folder. The mobile tracking feature is limited. Many times I use the "tour" feature to walk a marked perimeter and convert it to a line or polygon to get an area measurement, but the feature is cumbersome. I would like to see an automatic perimeter based off of GPS, from start to stop tracking. **What problems is Land id (formerly MapRight) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing maps from sales to operations divisions in our company has become much easier.
