I find them valuable as they help catch items the internal reviewer might miss, and their designated team is very knowledgeable. What I like most about the product is the simplicity in the elegance of the design and the terrific level of support the team gives you. They've been terrifically approachable and available and their willingness to jump on a Zoom call with short notice and assist in navigating is wonderfully helpful. They are very open to suggestions and improvements, and no software is ever perfect but there are features that I'd love to see rolled out. LG has allowed us to scale our CtP division for both consumer finance as well as commercial finance and taken us out of a paper-driven model and into a digital model. Our builders have quickly adopted to the OneSite product and that has significantly helped with streamlining operations, lowering costs, and giving our team a productivity boost while increasing accuracy. A secondary impact of this is it forces the builders to be more accurate in budget creation and pushes back on them to do a better job without it being a fight.
