I have worked for a number of leading international brokerage companies. My team completes transactions across the United States. Our team always has been in the top 20% producing teams in the US within our company. One of my team’s and other high producing team’s challenges is new business development. Considering a multi modal approach, marketing through targeted email campaigns is an important part of this process. The challenge is finding the right company to produce a great outcome, very targeted email lists based upon our detailed criteria. I love that the database is vast and includes many searchable fields, allowing me to narrow down prospects to exactly what I need. This level of detail is something I haven't found with other platforms I've used in the past. Another aspect I genuinely appreciate is their accommodating nature.
