**What do you like best about Ladders?**

Ladders excels at connecting employers with experienced professionals and high-level executives. The platform’s emphasis on premium positions ensures that I am reaching a targeted, qualified audience rather than sifting through an overwhelming number of candidates. I like the detailed candidate profiles, which often include in-depth resumes and tailored information that makes it easier to evaluate potential hires quickly. The user-friendly interface is another big plus--it’s intuitive, making the job posting and candidate search processes straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

While Ladders delivers great results, the pricing structure might be steep for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Some features, like analytics, could be more robust than those of its competitors. A few occasional technical glitches—like slow loading times--have slightly disrupted the experience, but these are rare and not deal-breakers.

**What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ladders addresses the challenge of finding highly qualified, experienced candidates for senior and executive-level roles. Traditional job boards are too broad an audience, including many unsuitable applicants, but Ladders’ targeted approach focuses on professionals who meet specific criteria. **What do you like best about Ladders?**

I have used ladders for years to help find management for organizations. It is meant for top management so cuts out tons of time and frustration going through resume of candadites that don't qualify.

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

It would be great if they updated some of the features more often.

**What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saves time, frustration and cuts down time to hire for the organization.

**What do you like best about Ladders?**

Ladders is one of the job board which is paying a crucial role now a days to find a best paying roles in the job market. this job board provide a suitable roles for candidates, it is easy to use, being a recruitment proffesional i love to use this job board to find out candidate.

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

there is nothing to dislike about this job board, all interface and UI are perfectly fine.

**What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resume uploading, profile creation and finding a right job under the commutable distance is a best feature which helps alot.

Very useful tool to find and source talent. Great platform to find a suitable job

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

There is nothing which I dislike about Ladder, sometimes there were some server issues only.

**What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to find perfect candidate as per the requirement, being a recruiter is very helpful and beneficial. If you are a job seeker so, it is also very helpful to find a suitable job, according to domain, location and salary range.

One stop place to search jobs and candidates when looking for more experience.

Cost is unnecessary, you can see company on Ladders without subscription and search on your own.

I do not feel I am solving for any need and/or problems.

**What do you like best about Ladders?**

I do appreciate that there is actually a site where ONE DAY I might be able to start looking for upper management jobs instead of slumming it with the others in indeed.com and ziprecruiter.  From the get go it was obvious that although I make 6 figures, this was for ivory tower folks.

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

Before you complete the profile and invest a ton of time, I would have preferred that they were more upfront with expectations.  I am a Product Manager and make 6 figures, but this software is not for middle management - it is intended for Executive Team type roles.

**Recommendations to others considering Ladders:**

As a user - be sure you are well into your career before taking the time to fill out a profile.

**What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for more high-paying jobs when later in your career.  Helps benchmark what my potential can be.

I had to search for high level IT administrators, and I was able to find a large amount!

How easy and convenient it is to use.....

Not a lot of resume flow, when you post ads!

Easy to use job posting service that is free to employers and includes fere candidate matching! Good customer service.

**What do you like best about Ladders?**

Free to employers, free candidate matching, able to post in multiple locations at no extra charge. 

**What do you dislike about Ladders?**

Unable to post as a remote position so we have to choose cities which is not ideal for our company.
