From the get go it was obvious that although I make 6 figures, this was for ivory tower folks. **What do you dislike about Ladders?** Before you complete the profile and invest a ton of time, I would have preferred that they were more upfront with expectations. I am a Product Manager and make 6 figures, but this software is not for middle management - it is intended for Executive Team type roles. **Recommendations to others considering Ladders:** As a user - be sure you are well into your career before taking the time to fill out a profile. **What problems is Ladders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching for more high-paying jobs when later in your career.
