**What do you like best about LabiKnow?**

Labiknow's Knowledge base creating part I liked the most. Here we can write a details article about the new process and features for our teams and clients.

**What do you dislike about LabiKnow?**

Need to simplify the creation and maintenance of knowledge base. Sometimes non-technical people may get confused.

**What problems is LabiKnow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For new joiners, we faced a lot of issues in installing all required applications and packages in their systems. Most of the time, we face similar issues. So, Labiknow helped us to document all the related issues in one place. Also, if any update is required we can easily update here. Now It saves a lot of time to guide.

No replies on multiple support requests, both via contact form and email

Support is not responding but system is good! I miss a good explainer section/KB!

**What do you like best about LabiKnow?**

Easy to set up - I signed up and found it quick and simple to set up. And within a short period, I had my Labiknow set up and ready to go.

**What do you dislike about LabiKnow?**

The only negative feedback that I could think about is the fact that it's not fully developed - they have a lot on their roadmap. But after using the application, I realized that it is worth my money already and I'm confident in the upcoming features.

**What problems is LabiKnow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Labiknow for m saas product. I am using the knowledge base, help center, customer survey, and analytics. The main benefits I have realized are the ease of setup and the relatively painless process. The fact that I'm not getting as many support requests speaks for itself.

Simplicity and ease of use. I was able to publish articles in a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about LabiKnow?**

Software is in its infancy so there are options that aren't available yet, like site analytics, dark mode.

**What problems is LabiKnow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LabiKnow lets me publish my knowledge base and lets my customers understand my business with minimal fuzz. The common questions are laid out in categories and the customer can search for them globally. If they still have questions, they can write their concerns on the widget and they're forwarded to my email.

A great knowledge base platform with a lot of great functions, like a help widget so your websites visitors always got can look up answers to their questions.

**What do you dislike about LabiKnow?**

There are a lot of features coming, so looking forward to those features. I would also like to be able to customize the UI more.

**What problems is LabiKnow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can answer my customer's questions in one place, and they can easily find the answers to their questions without having to contact me.

Contemporary widget look, simple UI, widget works fast and doesn't slow down the website, possible to translate everything you need on the widget

**What do you dislike about LabiKnow?**

Need to rework the dashboard and make elements bigger and more distinct. Now everything is too small in the user interface. But clients cant see it anyways, so not a big deal.

We are using Labiknow for building our website knowledge database and showing it to our clients in an easy & nice-looking way through the widget altogether with the news.
