Just trying to set-up routine LIS with Chemistry tests and CBC's. Took them several months, and Horiba and Bio-Rad basically questioned whether they knew how to do anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Labgen has made us much more efficient as a lab. They are able to connect to any office's EHR system is relatively short time. As I mentioned above they jump on any problems quickly and get them resolved quickly. That is critical in order to keep our clients happy. I briefly played with the idea of switching LIS systems (you know the grass is always greener) and could not find one equivalent one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
