What I like most about KYP.ai is the user interface. It's intuitive enough that you can learn the tool quickly. It's also been a great ally in identifying process improvement opportunities. It's not that I don't like it, I just miss the Process Sphere / Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) capability you find in other tools. It gives you a holistic, end-to-end view of the process in a multi-dimensional way, cutting across different areas of the business, so you can see where the bottlenecks sit and what impact they have. Not sure if this is only because of the tool or maybe because of our infrastructure (but it may be a good point about the tool integration with client's infrastructure), we had quite many challenges with the tool installation, hence for some time it was difficult to analyze the data for the whole team. It might be related to our internal IT team, but I find it complex to perform updates and obtain information from the teams (logs). The configuration of the applications could be done via loading. Also, only 100 suggested applications are shown, although you can have more. On the other hand, it should be possible to configure the suggested applications with multiple selection. What I like best about KYP.ai is the visibility it provides into how work actually happens across different applications and processes. It helps uncover bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for improvement. From an AI and transformation perspective, I particularly value the connection between operational insights and automation opportunities. This makes it easier to prioritize initiatives based on evidence and have more focused conversations with business teams about where improvements can deliver the greatest value. My main improvement request is full CLI support, with feature parity across the web interface and command line. All core workflows should be executable end to end through the CLI, including accessing insights, exporting data, configuring analyses, and managing workflows. Clear documentation, structured outputs, and ready-to-use workflow examples would make this especially useful. This would help technical teams integrate KYP.ai into automation pipelines and AI agent workflows, making it easier to turn operational insights into action. I really like the "ease of configuration and deployment" with KYP.ai, which makes setting up very simple. Additionally, the "fast data in action" is impressive, providing quick insights. I also appreciate their product support and development, especially how "new features suggested by customers" seem to be continuously integrated. I find that while KYP.ai does a great job with productivity measurement, the recognition of long-running end-to-end processes is still being improved. It would be great to see further developments in that area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
