Kutamo is an efficient, professional webinar platform that allows me to collaborate in real time, and it removes the need to have meetings out of the internet. Powerful features include email and SMS reminders for my scheduled sessions, custom meeting templates, social network integrations, and popular software like Salesforce and CRM. Support is available 24/7 through chat, email, or phone, and they are helpful on every request that I have made so far. An obstacle we are having by using Kutamo is that not all companies are familiar with it. External users do not know about this service, and it takes some effort for us to explain to them and show the service. Also, I would like to have more clarity regarding Data Privacy from Kutamo. I can only recommend to others to subscribe to Kutamo, at least try the demo, and they will see themselves the features it offers, but also in order to be widely used. It can be used daily by any employee without any complicated setup. We use it to schedule video calls, calls internally but also with external users, even if it is a bit harder to use Kutamo with them, it is not yet widely used.
