Flow Reviews & Product Details

Kurmi Flow is an intelligent service management platform that automates provisioning, migrations, and administration for unified communications and contact center environments. Flow provides a single interface to manage multi-vendor UC and CC platforms—including Microsoft Teams, Cisco UCM, Webex, Zoom, Genesys—plus UC-related tools like session border controllers, emergency location services, and compliance recording systems. This consolidates workflows that would otherwise require toggling through multiple native admin consoles. The platform handles routine workflows like user provisioning, device assignment, call routing configuration, and policy enforcement without manual intervention. Flow also integrates with ITSMs like ServiceNow, Active Directories, and HR systems to create zero-touch workflows for employee lifecycle events—automatically provisioning UC access when employees are hired, updating permissions during role changes, and deprovisioning when they leave. Flow strengthens security and governance through comprehensive audit logging, role-based delegation, and change control. All UC configuration changes are tracked to support compliance requirements and security reviews, and configurations can be rolled back in one click. IT teams can delegate specific tasks to departmental admins or help desk staff without granting full system access. The platform also enables bulk operations that native platforms don't support well, allowing teams to update hundreds or thousands of users simultaneously. Key capabilities: - Single-pane management across Teams, Cisco, Zoom, Avaya, Alcatel, Genesys, and UC-related tools (SBCs, E911, compliance recording) - Zero-touch employee lifecycle workflows through ServiceNow and Active Directory integration - Comprehensive audit trails and one-click rollback for security, governance, and change control - Bulk operations for mass user updates that native platforms can't handle efficiently - Role-based delegation for secure, distributed UC administration Flow is designed for large enterprises and service providers managing 1,000+ users across multiple platforms or regions.
