Kudoz Reviews Reviews & Product Details

Kudoz is a reputation-management platform built for local businesses. We made it simple on purpose: new users can start sending review requests by email and text within 30 seconds of signing up. Kudoz Tap Cards let staff tap a customer’s phone to open the business’s review page instantly—perfect at checkout, front desk, or in-home visits. Our smart routing asks customers for feedback and directs positive experiences to public sites like Google, Facebook, and Yelp, while critical feedback is sent privately to the owner to resolve before it hurts your reputation. Track opens, clicks, and completed reviews in an easy dashboard, invite teammates, and keep your brand consistent across locations. With Kudoz, any team member can help generate reviews, protect the brand, and grow local search visibility—without complicated training or setup.
