Kretsia Reviews & Product Details

Kretsia helps recruiters and consultancies find the right people faster. Describe the role in plain words: skills, language, city and when you need someone. Kretsia searches public professional profiles, ranks the closest fits first and writes out why each person is on the list, and what is missing. Most of them are not applying anywhere, so you are the first to get in touch. Applications that come in are read against the same requirements, with the line from the CV each answer is based on. Nothing moves on or gets rejected without you. The people you keep carry on in Kretsia's ATS with pipeline, talent pool, career site and interview booking. For consultancies, Kretsia also matches new assignments against the consultants you already have. Kretsia AB is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and handles candidate data under GDPR.
