It’s a right rip-off.

I signed up for a $50 plan with 500 MB for a year. I used a total of 348 MB over two months. And now I’ve received a bill for exceeding my data limit: $140, or $5 per GB. Plus another bill for $25. But I only used 348 MB (according to their own figures)! Of course, I contacted customer service, who told me they would look into it, but 15 days later, I still haven’t heard anything. I have few things I like when it comes to using the kraken.io image optimizer. Firstly I like the fact that I can use it to resize my documents. I really enjoy the ability to upload an unlimited amount of images to optimize. I can also delete any images that have been optimized and exclude them from downloading and exporting to my computer in a zip file.
