KORIX Reviews & Provider Details

KORIX is an AI agent deployment agency for service businesses. We do not sell a platform. We put governed AI agents to work inside the software you already run, on a Bring Your Own Software model, so nothing gets ripped out, nobody has to learn a new tool, and there is no lock-in when the engagement ends. What we actually do Most service businesses lose money in the gaps between their systems: the enquiry that sat in the inbox overnight, the follow-up that never went out, the booking that was confirmed by hand three days late, the report someone rebuilds every Monday. KORIX deploys agents that handle those gaps inside your CRM, booking system, email, Microsoft 365, Slack or whatever else you already pay for. Typical work includes enquiry handling and follow-up, booking and scheduling automation, lead qualification, document and report preparation, and internal workflow automation. How we keep it safe Every agent we deploy carries an audit trail of what it read, what it produced and what it sent. Every agent has one accountable human owner and a kill switch. Anything an agent influenced can be traced and reversed. And we hold one rule on every build: an agent may prepare any judgment, but it never issues one where being wrong lands on a person who has to answer for it. Routine work runs on its own. Anything that reaches a customer, a patient or a regulator gets a human sign-off. This matters most for regulated and trust-heavy businesses, which is where most of our clients are. Who we work with Our focus is UK and US service businesses, particularly aesthetic clinics and medical spas, fitness and wellness brands, and regulated advisers, plus premium wellness and supplement brands in India. We serve clients worldwide. How an engagement works The flagship engagement is a 21-day pilot. We pick one real use case with you, build it inside your existing stack, run it in production with a human check on every consequential step, and hand it over owned by you, with the source and the documentation. If you want more after that, we scale from the pilot. If you do not, you keep what was built. Credentials KORIX is an OpenAI Select Partner and an authorized Zapier Silver Solution Partner. The company was founded in 2025 by Shishir Mishra, who spent 19 years shipping software across development, project and delivery management roles before starting KORIX.
