## About KontraktorOS
KontraktorOS is a cloud ERP for small and mid-sized construction contractors in Indonesia. It connects the cost estimate (RAB/BOQ) to everything that happens after the tender is won, so estimators, project managers, purchasing, warehouse and finance teams work from the same numbers. Build estimates from analysis templates and a price database or import an existing Excel estimate, then print the quotation. Schedule each estimate item on a Gantt chart with an automatic S-curve. Derive material, equipment and subcontract needs from the estimate, issue purchase orders with tiered approval, record deliveries per delivery note with automatic stock updates, and pay supplier invoices from bank accounts. Track owner contracts with down payment, retention and progress billing, plus cash flow and profit per project. Higher plans add subcontractor and foreman management, rebar and concrete quantities (SNI 2847:2019), payroll, and accounting with automatic journals. Role-based access per module.
