Kairos Reviews & Product Details

Event teams manage three jobs under one roof: preparing registrants before the event, supporting attendees on the day, and delivering results afterward. Each one runs on manual work, mismatched tools, or both. Kairos is the AI communication platform built exclusively for in-person conferences, expos, and summits. It sits on top of your existing stack — Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Swoogo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or CSV — and manages the full attendee communication lifecycle from one layer. Pre-event, AI voice calls and SMS handle personalized outreach, reminders, and logistical conversations at scale — the kind of contact that moves people from registered to genuinely ready. Day-of, a live AI agent answers attendee questions around the clock without pulling your team away from operations. Post-event, feedback collection and sponsor-ready ROI reports run automatically. KNVI Labs handles all configuration and deployment end-to-end. Pilots launch in 5 days. Per-event pricing. No annual contracts.
