It has been proven to be a solid solution in meeting the notification requirements **What do you dislike about KnowledgeSync?** There is nothing I dislike about this because we have not used it extensively but just a part of it which is wonderful. **What problems is KnowledgeSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved the notification of delivery to customers. Now, we do not need to track delivery manually and it takes care of it itself. ### 4. You need some time to understand the software. But once you get the hang of it, everything works like a breeze.
