Knowledgemill Mail Manager Reviews & Product Details

Knowledgemill files your emails and attachments automatically into the folder structure you already use, straight from Outlook. Nobody has to remember to file or change how they work, so emails stop getting misfiled or lost when staff leave. Outlook search only looks at your own mailbox. With Knowledgemill, people search the across the team’s filed email directly inside Outlook, including mail from colleagues who have left, and find what they need in seconds, without chasing anyone. Everyone only sees what their permissions allow. Customers are saving around 40 minutes per person per day with fast access to information. Because your email data is properly organised and structured, Copilot and other AI tools can answer from across staff's filed email, not just one person’s inbox. You get a complete, auditable record for compliance, disputes and handovers. Emails file into multiple document management systems, including SharePoint, OpenText repositories, iManage, NetDocuments and others. Historical email is filed too, and duplicates are removed along the way, which can cut email storage requirements by around 93%. Knowledgemill has filed over 4 billion emails for customers, and we can deploy into customers cloud environments, run on premise, hybrid or as a standalone deployment.
