Handling a lot of data at one time can be a daunting task sometimes after collecting it from a survery. KnowledgeHound appears to make it easier for users to see a wide variety of information in different formats to make it easier to analyze and make decisions for their business. **What do you dislike about KnowledgeHound?** It does not appear that they would offer a free trial without you having to reach out to them for one, like most sites do. It appears to be more of a business friendly interface rather than for individuals. It's not a bunch of decks. It's actually a search that allows you to work with the raw data for on-demand analysis. The flexibility has been a game changer at our company - who likes doing a presentation only to have somebody raise their hand and ask "well, what about this cut?" Normally we'd have to go back and create new tabulations, new visualizations, and then get back to that person. Now, if you use their storyboard application, you can do it in-presentation. The crowd will be wowed. Also, it's just a great repository for that "Did we ever do research on..." question that comes up so often. It makes our research library self-service. No more of this searching through old decks. **What do you dislike about KnowledgeHound?** It's a search engine, so search relevancy will be an issue (even Google isn't perfect.) Having access to your data/files all in one place will make your life easier and will give you more time to focus on the strategic impacts of your findings. **What problems is KnowledgeHound solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly for ad hoc data requests. The tool lessens the need to go to vendors and wait for results.
