The customer service is responsive. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** As an IT Security training platform, KnowBe4 requires that we allow pop ups from our LMS. This is a security issue. I have been discussed with customer service and am very disappointed in this requirement. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** The phishing campaigns and phish prone percentage tracking are very useful and easy to maneuver.
