We've seen a signficant improvement in our staff's ability to spot phishing emails. Each time they improve we breathe easier.

The fact the Learner app is bound to a device. Makes utilizing it impossible. Fix that and its near perfect.

KnowBe4's security training is regularly updated and provides new, relevant content throughout the year. In addition, our account rep is proactive and regularly meets with us. During our meetings he reviews our campaigns, suggest new targeted campaigns, recommends new training tactics, and assists with configuration. Our account rep also helped to set up a weekly company branded cybersecurity newsletter with content that is related to current phishing and social engineering tactics.

While our account rep has been helping to set up campaigns for our company, I find the campaign setup/configuration to be somewhat confusing to setup on my own.

The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is a key component to our company wide cybersecurity security awareness training program. We use the training during onboarding of new employees. We also send out phishing campaigns monthly. Users that fall for the phishing campaigns are presented with additional security awareness training to help educate them for future phishing attempts. Users that repeatedly fall for the phishing campaigns are presented with addtional training and tests automatically.

KnowBe4's platform has everything laid out for your security awareness program. It's very easy to setup a phshing campaign, link it to training, and report on metrics. It can do all of this and more.

The only thing I dislike about KnowBe4 is that the Scam of the Week emails have to be customized every week to include our branding, color scheme, and signature info.

Security Awareness training is helping us inform our employees of the threats out there each day. Phishing tests and training campaigs helps us get the message across with KnowBe4's vast content library found in the Modstore.

KnowBe4 makes cybersecurity training simple and informative. They offer a variety of training content and information, and the way that they set up these pieces of training keeps the users engaged with the content.

So far I don't have many negative things to say about this platform, we have been very pleased with it's functionality.

With the knowledge that this training has provided our users, they have become very observant of the types of emails they receive. Our users are now able to spot a phishing email a mile away!

AI analysis helps to learn and adapt to new and sophisticated threats, keeping our users trained on the latest threats in this world.

I think adding gamification to the platform would be a good step to expanding the platforms functionality.

We needed a platform to help us understand the level of vulnerability of our end users. They are one of the biggest security vectors, and having a gauge of their knowledge about phishing attacks is greater. Also, being able to easily assign training to users is greater as well

Kick-starting the whole deployment, configuration and onboarding process is a breeze. A detailed Configuration guide for the administrator makes the entire process much more straightforward. Triggering wave after wave of Security Awareness Training is as simple as a few clicks, and reports generated after training are easily understandable by management rather than complex algorithms or technical terms.

Two downsides of the software: users are smart enough to navigate away from the browser to continue with their daily work, and they can skip the video until the end of the current video to complete the training. Security Awareness Training is not being maximised with the two flaws in place. Users are doing it just for the sake of achieving it.

User Security Awareness to not fall prey to phishing scams. Bad actors are targeting more phishing scams than ever. More users aware of their security posture will reduce the impact on IT Resources and the widespread Internally Spread Phishing emails.

The ease of use, clear diagrams and drawings, timely content, and quiz questions.

The only downside is that we can't mandate this training to be reviewed by our users more than once a year. Maybe smaller modules can be devised that could be used as refresher courses?

It is educating users about threats and how to recognize them. We also user the phishing component to good effect.

My favorite thing about Know before is the product is more than what's advertised. The training videos are great, the posters are handy for campaigns, and everything is easy to connect; my favorite part of Knowbe4, is they are on top of all the coming updates from Microsoft that affect their product, and what to do to adjust for it.

Some of the tools included, like breach test tools take some interpretation, the results cannot be taken at face value, but they are an excellent starting point.

Know Be4 solves two major items for us. Security Awareness training, and platform for phishing email testing. They make it easy to keep our users trained and aware that security is part of their everyday lives.

They provide a complete solution to perform security training and testing. They are also very helpful.

I do not dislike anything in particular.

We are using their services to perform phishing tests, so we know the personnel's security awareness status.
