The training videos we send out to our staff are a custom fit for the different user levels we have in the company. You do not need to be in IT to understand the training videos and answer the short quizzes at the end of the videos.

The training videos have helped us with reporting phishing email with the PAB button. Our users are now training to report those suspicious emails and less eager to open every email they receive.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I do not like about it.

Awareness is the key word here, our users are now being educated on the threats in the digital world and thinking twice before clicking links without question and know how to identify malicious emails.
