It is current, you won't be wondering how old the video is. It is easy to understand. From working in IT with the administrator of the software, he comment on how easy it is to deploy the training to our staff and students. The training not only includes the videos but also fake "tests" that make sure users are learning from the training they complete. This is done on a monthly to quarterly basis. All through fake emails that looked very legit; even appeared to be from a coworker. We were able to remove that email from user accounts so that it wasn't opened. Find out who had opened and clicked the links. Actions were taken from there to not only change those users passwords but also be on alert that our network could be compromised. Thankfully it was not. We've used it for Cybersecurity training, Title IX training, as well as a number of custom training modules that we've created and uploaded (as SCORM packages). We love the user completion tracking and the overall streamlined experience on the admin side as well as the end-user interface. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** User management has been a struggle in some ways. We opted NOT to integrate using Active Directory because we don't offer the service to our full user group. The users need to be managed manually, and that has presented a few issues especially working with fewer licenses. This isn't necessarily a reflection of the product - just how we're using it... unfortunately necessary in our case. **Recommendations to others considering KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training:** KnowBe4 has made it very easy to track and report on user interactions with Training modules. In the Higher Education market, we deal with government requirements and auditors that require the institution's employees to have received ongoing training in different areas. KnowBe4 has a vast library of materials, and we really appreciate the ability to upload content that we created (via SCORM package). Also, their policy approval model is very helpful. The training material is also very valuable and it easy for users to follow along. Integrating and adding users with the ADI Integration tool is very helpful. It was also easy set up. The KB4 knowledge base is also very helpful when common issues occur. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** Setting up user groups could be a bit easier. Also, being able to send campaigns to 1-2 users is surprisingly not an option. Campaigns have to be sent to groups of users. This creates superfluous amounts of groups rather than being able to target who I would like to. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, I have not been able to fully utilize KB4 due to lack of support from C-suite. We've got other security measures in place contributing to that multi layered security approach. The human component is a gap which KSAT addresses pretty well.
