I appreciate the effective training modules that I can share with my staff, which are instrumental in teaching them to identify phishing emails and know how to react appropriately. The setup process was smooth, thanks to a great implementation team who handled everything. I find the realistic regular emails that test various aspects of phishing emails to be very helpful for staff training. The testing emails seem so real, providing true tests for the staff, and I value their contribution to developing a vigilant team.
