What problems is knock-ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest challenges was understanding whether our website conversations were actually contributing to pipeline. Looking at chat volume alone didn't tell us which channels attracted serious buyers, which touchpoints generated irrelevant inquiries, or which conversations eventually turned into deals.
Knock AI's Chat Performance report gives us a much clearer picture. We can break down conversations by acquisition channel, source, and individual touchpoint, then compare engaged, rejected, and qualified chats alongside deals and associated revenue. This helps us understand why a navigation-bar CTA, campaign link, or contact-page entry point might be more valuable than another placement generating more conversations.
Another useful aspect is being able to see what happens after a conversation starts. We can examine buyer intent, distinguish AI-led discovery from conversations requiring a sales rep, and review rep response times. The disqualified-chat metrics also help us understand how much low-intent or irrelevant demand is being filtered out before it consumes sales capacity.
Beyond conversion reporting, Knock surfaces the questions and topics buyers bring up most often. That gives us useful insight into missing website information, recurring objections, and the questions our AI agent needs to answer well.
Overall, it helps us evaluate chat based on the quality of demand and its contribution to pipeline, rather than treating every conversation as an equally valuable conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
