Klovis Reviews & Product Details

Klovis automates HOA sales and lease application processing for property management companies. Custom forms per community, automatic fee collection, automated payment splits between management company and HOA, centralized dashboard, team/role management, and financial reporting. Property management companies handle hundreds of HOA communities — and for most, HOA application processing still runs on email, PDF forms, mailed checks, and manual fee splits. Klovis changes that. Each community gets its own branded application form with custom requirements. Applicants submit online and pay at the point of submission. Fees are automatically split between the management company and the HOA — no manual transfers, no accounting headaches. Everything is tracked in a centralized dashboard across all communities and applications.
