Kloqk Reviews & Product Details

Kloqk is an employee time clock and workforce management platform designed for U.S. small businesses with 5 to 500 employees. It helps businesses turn employee clock-ins into accurate, payroll-ready hours while reducing manual timesheet work. Employees can clock in and out from a mobile phone, tablet, or front-desk kiosk using a four-digit PIN. Managers can monitor attendance, working hours, breaks, and overtime in real time. Kloqk also offers photo verification at clock-in to discourage buddy punching and help businesses maintain accurate attendance records. Kloqk’s Free plan includes unlimited employees, kiosk and mobile punching, overtime and break calculations, and payroll-ready CSV exports. The time clock is free forever and does not charge businesses per employee or user. Businesses that need additional tools can upgrade to Pro for $29 per location per month. Pro includes everything in the Free plan, along with employee scheduling, shift management, PTO and accrual tracking, and direct QuickBooks and Xero synchronization. The Premium plan costs $59 per location per month and includes everything in Pro, plus GPS geofencing, two-way SMS, and hiring and onboarding tools. Kloqk is suitable for restaurants, retail stores, construction companies, salons, home-service businesses, clinics, and other organizations with hourly employees. It provides a simple way to manage time, attendance, schedules, and payroll preparation from one platform.
