"GDPR compliant, great performance, and very good customer service"
What do you like best about Klikk?

We appreciate that Klikk has adequately secured server centers, located in Norway, which removes uncertainty, and makes it simpler to implement GDPR compliant solutions. Furthermore, before we migrated several of our services to Klikk, we benchmarked the virtual server instances we were moving away from and the new ones at Klikk, and saw that we got approximately a 3x performance improvement for roughly the same price that we used to pay. Finally, every time we have contacted their customer support, we have experienced a pleasant tone and they have quickly provided good solutions to our problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klikk?

Klikk's self-serve dashboard solution sometimes leaves something to be wanted, as it does not show all the actual possible configuration options. We have sometimes wanted to turn on, or tune, some particular functionality for our Klikk-hosted virtual servers, but have not understood how to do that in the dashboard interface, and therefore contacted their support department who has then told us either that we can use a particular API-call because the user interface does not support the configuration, or that they must make the necessary changes for us. However, they have always been accommodating and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Satisfied with the services"
What do you like best about Klikk?

The combination of price and servers available in a Norwegian datacentre, using green energy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klikk?

We have been using our own datacentre for years, and migrating to an external datacentre makes some things more complicated because it suddenly involves more people when you need a solution that is not standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
