It’s basically zero admin overhead for me. Specifically with the phishing simulations almost my entire team fell for them from the get go, and then they got personalized training so they wouldn't fall for them again. It’s been a great managed experience and honestly much better than the previous solution we tried. **What do you dislike about Kinds Security?** nothing to complain about so far, will have to wait and see. **What problems is Kinds Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to handle security awareness without it becoming a full-time job for me or my lead dev. i guess Kinds solves the human error side of things with the personalized phishing and training. My tech gets phishes about gift cards, engineers face GitHub phishes, and some phishes even include details found through web searches. This is the first time our team has ever felt like security awareness training was relevant, helpful, and more than just checking a box.
