KillerCoder Review - In short **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Hrithik G. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024 **What do you like best about KillerCoder?** It has a lot of different coding challenges for different skills which makes it easier to test a wide range of coding abilities and over that the automatic grading saves time since we don’t have to check each test manually. **What do you dislike about KillerCoder?** As a limited user of this software I find the interface a bit complicated and sometimes hard to find what you’re looking for. And also, some of the instructions for the challenges aren’t very clear which can be confusing for both the candidates and the people using the tool. **What problems is KillerCoder solving and how is that benefiting you?** KillerCoder helps with finding good developers faster by giving them the coding tests online which makes the hiring process easier because we can see right away who has the skills and who doesn’t. It saves our time since we don’t need to do as many interviews to figure out if someone is a good coder or not. I was using this software on behalf of my manager to shortlist list the candidates while she was away. ### 2. It helps majorly in screening out the candidates thus saving extra money and time for any Institute. Evaluation can be done more precisely based on the number of attempts and quality of attempts. It helps in statistizing the report more clearly. **What do you dislike about KillerCoder?** There are Plenty of tools in market other than KillerCoder , which is more user friendly and can handle large number of Traffic. KillerCoder lacks this capability. Although it was one of the few adopted tool for Recruiters but there is much more to look into **What problems is KillerCoder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evaluating a Candidate based on the area of Interest before Interview was the Big Problem.
