Keyrole Reviews & Product Details

Keyrole gives accounting firms and other professional service firms AI employees. Each one has a role, such as a Coordinator, a Tax Assistant or a Bookkeeper, and works like a junior member of staff rather than a tool you have to drive. The Coordinator is the firm's front desk. It reads all client mail, replies, sends updates, chases clients for missing documents, tracks renewals and due dates, and sends a morning brief of what needs attention. The other employees prepare the actual work: workings, reconciliations and workpapers, built in the firm's own Excel and Word files. Keyrole is built so that the firm stays in control: Questions first: before starting, an employee asks the reviewer up to three short questions instead of guessing. Review before anything goes out: every piece of work goes to a review queue. Reviewers sign off workpaper by workpaper, and a sign-off goes stale if the file changes afterwards. "Check these": the employee points the reviewer to the figures and judgements most worth checking, with every number traced back to its source. Permissions: the firm decides what each employee may do, set for the whole firm, each service, each role and each client. Settings can only get stricter as you go down. The employees learn as they work. They take lessons from approved work and from the reviewer's corrections, keep notes on each client (people, preferences, past work), and build trust per role over time. Files stay where the firm already works: opened in desktop Office, stored in OneDrive or in a Nextcloud workspace that Keyrole sets up. Pricing is prepaid credits, so you pay only for the work done, with no per-seat fee.
