Keyframe Labs Reviews & Product Details

Keyframe Labs is a human foundation model company. Our first model family powers real-time, interactive avatars: photoreal, expressive conversational humans that hold a video call with your users. Developers use the Keyframe Labs API to give AI agents a face, so a voice agent becomes a video agent in a few lines of code. The most natural, most immersive face for AI. The idea behind the models Nearly all of the bits in a video frame describe appearance, which barely changes over a conversation. Nearly all of the difficulty is in behavior, which changes every frame. Our Persona models split the two: a small behavior model listens to raw audio and decides how the face should move, and a generative renderer draws each frame fresh. That factorization is why the avatars are photoreal, expressive and fast at the same time. Models persona-2.0-live: word-level expression control. Emotion tags in the prompt direct the voice and the face together, so the avatar reacts at the right word instead of looping canned motions. The most natural performance we've shipped. persona-1.5-live: built for realism and efficiency, for teams that need lifelike avatars at scale and at a low price per minute. Capabilities Photorealism with natural lip sync, hair and lighting physics, and micro-expressions. Ultra-low latency: 180 ms time-to-first-byte, against 450 ms+ from other providers. A conversational turn reads as instant. Real-time emotion control over a broad, controllable emotion set. Image-to-avatar: turn a portrait into a production-ready avatar that matches stock-library quality. 70+ languages.
