Their knowledge and understanding of the ESG market has helped us to successfully collate ESG data from our portfolio companies in a timely and efficient manner. The direct communication with portfolio companies has meant the process was simplified and as pain free as possible for each company. The portal is easy to use and there is always someone on hand to assist when needed. They are constantly developing the platform to fit the ESG market. **What do you dislike about KEY ESG?** The portal is for the most part really user friendly. Sometimes it can take some time to navigate to what you need to find - however the team are always on hand to assist. **What problems is KEY ESG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data collection. We have used KEY ESG to help collate all the data required for the EDCI. They help by providing a platform whereby we can collate multiple portfolio companies data and analysis. KEY ESG has significantly eased the burden of our data collection and reporting. It's incredibly easy to use, and what's even better is the ability to reach out to a dedicated team via chat. They respond almost instantly to help with any questions you may have. **What do you dislike about KEY ESG?** I encountered some issues that are common with any software. When implementing any software, continuous refinement and adjustments are essential. That's normal. The overall experience has been very positive. **What problems is KEY ESG solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. KEY ESG allows seamless aggregation of data from various sources. You can consolidate information efficiently without manual effort. 2. Automates calculations, reducing the risk of mistakes. 3. Creating ESG reports by hand is tedious. The quick response of KEY ESG support was also very appreciated. **What do you dislike about KEY ESG?** The only thing I disliked was that my authenticator stopped working and there was no way to reset it without going to support. **What problems is KEY ESG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a financial reporting accountant whose company was acquired by a larger group that uses KEY ESG. They require ESG data from us and I was responsible for filling out what they needed through KEY ESG. It makes the task of accounting for your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions a lot more doable. I also like the practical support that the Key ESG provide along every step of the way. **What do you dislike about KEY ESG?** The overall experience has been positive. As with any software being implemented there will be some minor tweaks needed, but the Key ESG team are very good and responsive to make sure everything works well. **What problems is KEY ESG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Key ESG is allowing us to save time by simplifying our data collection process.
