Kenzora Assets Reviews & Product Details

Kenzora Assets is cloud-based asset management and asset tracking software that helps businesses know exactly what equipment they own, who has it, and where it is. It replaces scattered spreadsheets with one organized system for tracking IT equipment, tools, furniture, vehicles, and other company property. Every organization gets its own secure workspace. Teams can add assets one by one or import them in bulk, organize them by category and location, and print asset labels for physical tagging. A built-in scanner lets staff look up assets quickly, and asset status updates automatically as items are assigned, checked out, returned, or sent for maintenance, so records stay accurate without manual updates. Kenzora Assets includes a complete equipment checkout system. Employees can request assets, managers approve or decline requests, and approved items move through a clear handover and pickup process. Due dates, overdue alerts, and manager-approved returns keep every checkout accounted for, giving each asset a clear chain of custody. For upkeep, the maintenance module lets teams create work orders, assign them, set priorities, and track overdue tasks, so preventive maintenance like aircon cleaning or printer servicing never slips through the cracks. Vendor management keeps supplier and service provider details in one place. Role-based access controls what owners, managers, and members can see and do, so employees see only their own assets and work orders while managers oversee the whole workspace. A live dashboard highlights overdue checkouts and open work orders, and reports help teams understand asset availability and usage. Each workspace can set its own currency, timezone, and date format. Kenzora Assets is built for small and mid-sized businesses, IT teams, operations and facilities managers, and organizations that manage shared equipment across multiple locations. It is simple to set up, requires no installation, and works in any modern web browser. Plans start at $19.99 per month, with Pro and Business tiers for growing teams. Every account begins with a 14-day free trial of all Business features, with no credit card required.
