Kenro Workshop Reviews & Product Details

Kenro Workshop is workshop management software for Indian auto workshops, built on a working Delhi floor rather than adapted from Western software. Job cards start from intake photos and video with damage marked on the car; every vehicle sits on a bay board by stage; quotes go to the customer on WhatsApp and are approved from their phone; the GST invoice or Bill of Supply is raised from the same job card in a tap. Udhaar (receivables) is tracked with ageing, stock includes PPF rolls by the foot with low-stock alerts, and staff have roles, attendance and salary records. The owner dashboard shows cash in hand, the work pipeline, receivables and bay load. WhatsApp updates and a live tracking link go out in the shop's own branding, drafted in the app and sent from the shop's own number. GST and Tally exports work from day one. Optional add-ons: a bodyshop module (OEM paint codes, mixing formulas, refinish), a mechanical module (inspection sheets) and Ask Kenro, the built-in AI assistant. Unlimited users on every plan. Kenro is installed, not downloaded: setup around the floor, records migrated from Excel or the current software within 48 hours, and the team trained on the phones they already carry. Stop paying and you are never locked out — records stay readable and exportable to Excel and Tally, permanently.
